– 3 cloves of garlic;

– salad leaves;

– a bunch of parsley;

– ground black pepper;

– Salt – to taste.

So, let’s look in detail how to prepare a pork escalpe:

Wash the pork thoroughly, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces about 1, 5 cm thick. Then beat the meat well with a kitchen hammer, pepper and salt to taste. Next, we will fry our pork in a frying pan heated on high fire with the addition of vegetable oil. Each side of the meat should be frying no more than 2 minutes.

At the same time, grate cheese, add crackers, vegetable oil, chopped garlic cloves, and finely chopped greens. Mix all the components thoroughly by adding egg yolk to them.

Put the fried escalos on the baking sheet and grease them with the prepared mixture. Next, we will bake them in the oven, heated to 200 degrees within 15 minutes.

We will serve ready -made escalopes on the table laid on salad leaves.
